The world's best male professional golfers are back for the third major of 2023 amidst the backdrop of an unprecedented merger between the PGA Tour and the Saudi backers of LIV Golf. 

England's Matthew Fitzpatrick will attempt to defend his time at the ultra-exclusive Los Angeles Country Club in what promises to be a mouth-watering affair.
