Sir Nick Faldo has announced multiple PGA Tour winner Brandt Snedeker will make his first non-major appearance on the British Isles at the 2025 British Masters.

Six-time major winner Faldo has been hosting the stop on the DP World Tour since 2023.

The 2025 edition of the tournament will be played over 21-24 August at the iconic Brabazon Course.

Snedeker, who was recently named the 2026 United States Presidents Cup captain, said: "I've heard so much about the history of The Belfry and the British Masters, and I'm excited to finally experience it for myself.

"It's always a thrill to play in front of passionate crowds, and I know the UK fans love their golf.

"With Sir Nick hosting, it's shaping up to be a great week, and I'm looking forward to the challenge."

Snedeker, who will also serve as one of Keegan Bradley's vice captains for the 2025 US Ryder Cup team, made his DP World Tour debut last year at the D+D Real Czech Masters.

He added: "I have played in the States for the majority of my career, but I loved my trip to the Czech Republic last year, so I'm excited to return to the DP World Tour for the Betfred British Masters and take in another new experience."

This year's British Masters will be the last counting event for European Ryder Cup qualification
