REVEALED: US PGA Championship field 2023 (including 17 LIV Golf 'rebels'!)

The field for the forthcoming US PGA Championship is almost set and unsurprisingly it has been confirmed Tiger Woods will not be playing. 

On Tuesday, the PGA of America released the field list and there are currently 155 players with one spot left. 

That spot will go to the winner of this week's AT&T Byron Nelson at TPC Craig Ranch. 

There was as many as 18 LIV Golf League players teeing it up at Oak Hill Country Club in Rochester, New York. 

That has dropped down to 17 now after Martin Kaymer withdrew, despite playing in LIV Golf Tulsa a week before the major. 

The only player inside the top-10 of the Official World Golf Ranking who will not be playing is Will Zalatoris, who is out for the entire season.

Elsewhere, Jordan Spieth is also in the field. The three-time major champion admitted he was a bit tired before competing at the 87th Masters. 

He has now injured his left wrist and confirmed his playing status was  'week-to-week'.
