Joaquin Niemann closed with an almost flawless final round 65 to see off Bryson DeChambeau at LIV Golf Mexico City at Club de Golf Chapultepec.
Niemann, 26, has now won three of the last six tournaments on the breakaway Saudi golf league.
The Chilean joins record holder Brooks Koepka as a five-time winner on LIV Golf.
DeChambeau held a one-shot lead on 13-under par heading into the final round with Cameron Smith in second place.
Niemann began the final round three shots behind DeChambeau.
Lucas Herbert emerged from the chasing pack with an outstanding seven birdies and one eagle, equalling Jon Rahm's course record (61), but it was not enough to catch Niemann.
Niemann and DeChambeau were back and forth for most of the final round, but the real turning point was on the par-4 13th when DeChambeau, who held the lead at the time, was unable to find his drive and he walked off the green with a double.
DeChambeau then added another bogey at 14 as the wheels well and truly came off for him, similarly to how they did on the back nine at The Masters in his last start.
Niemann then shut the door on DeChambeau with birdies at 16 and 18 for a brilliant 65 to see out a comfortable three-shot victory on 16-under par.
DeChambeau, who has not won on LIV Golf since September 2023, closed out with pars for a disappointing 71 to finish tied second with Herbert on 13-under par.
Rahm (68) carried on his excellent LIV Golf form, finishing solo third, while Legion XIII teammate Tyrrell Hatton (68) joined Cameron Smith (72) in tied fifth.
Bubba Watson, Sebastian Munoz, and Dustin Johnson (67) sat alongside Charl Schwartzel (68) tied for seventh place.
Niemann’s previous victories on LIV Golf this season came at Adelaide and Singapore.
His wife, Christina Hellema Puga, was once again there to celebrate with him as he drained the final putt.
Elsewhere at LIV Golf Mexico City, Rahm's Legion XIII claimed victory in the team event.
Legion XIII finished 28-under par and two shots clear of Smith's Ripper GC.
Niemann’s Torque GC finished third.
Rahm’s Legion XIII are made up of himself, Tyrrell Hatton, Tom McKibbin, and Caleb Surratt.
