The best possible ball position with every club in your bag
Perfect ball position from driver through to wedge - are you setup correctly?
A question we often get asked frequently at GolfMagic by amateur golfers is ball position for each golf club in the bag, so we posed the subject when catching up with The Belfry's Senior PGA coach Phil Akers recently.
Now some of these setup positions might look and feel slightly different to your current setup, but we can assure you that your chances of making a better golf swing will increase significantly if you follow this process.
DEBATE: HAS GOLF INSTRUCTION GOT TOO COMPLEX IN 2018?
Check out these series of snaps we took of Phil lining up to the ball with his driver, right the way through to the sand wedge. Notice his ball position for each club, but also the width of his feet and where is sternum is in relation to the ball.
For example with the driver where you want to be hitting up on the ball, you need the sternum further behind the ball.
