US PGA Championship field 2025: Who is playing at Quail Hollow?
US PGA Championship field 2025: Check out who is playing in the second men's major of the year at Quail Hollow Club in Charlotte.
Anticipation is building for the second men's major of the year.
The 2025 US PGA Championship will be played at Quail Hollow Club in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Rory McIlroy will headline the field fresh off his Masters victory which saw the Northern Irishman complete the career grand slam.
McIlroy will fancy his chances at Quail Hollow given it has been the scene of four PGA Tour victories (2010, 2015, 2021, 2024).
Standing in McIlroy's way, though, are the likes of Scottie Scheffler, Xander Schauffele, Jon Rahm, Bryson DeChambeau, Collin Morikawa and Justin Thomas.
Viktor Hovland, Joaquin Niemann, Hideki Matsuyama, Tyrrell Hatton, Patrick Cantlay, Shane Lowry, Jordan Spieth and plenty more will also believe they can challenge for the title.
The 2025 US PGA Championship will be played over 15-18 May.
The field - which will feature 156 players - is yet to be finalised.
You can take a look below to see who is playing.

No, Tiger Woods will not be participating in the 2025 U.S. PGA Championship.
The 15-time major champion ruptured his left Achilles in March whilst he was ramping up his training ahead of the Masters Tournament.
Woods had surgery to repair the damage but it is understood the recovery period will be at least four to six months.
It means we also won't see Woods compete in the 2025 US Open at Oakmont or The Open at Royal Portrush.
