PGA Tour fans react to Rickie Fowler's wild full camo outfit (!) at WM Phoenix Open
Rickie Fowler wore one of his most daring outfits of all time in the first round of the WM Phoenix Open.
Rickie Fowler has never been one to shy away from making a fashion statement on the golf course, but he took things to a whole new level in the first round of the 2025 WM Phoenix Open
Fowler, 36, stepped onto TPC Scottsdale’s Stadium Course wearing a full camouflage ensemble, blending cutting-edge golf apparel with the rugged aesthetic of outdoor sports.
The look, a collaboration between Puma Golf and Realtree, immediately became a talking point among PGA Tour fans on social media on Thursday.
The camouflage design wasn’t just a random fashion choice but part of a carefully crafted partnership between Fowler’s longtime sponsor, Puma, and Realtree, a brand best known for its realistic camo prints used in hunting and outdoor gear.

Fowler’s outfit featured an all-over camo pattern in shades of green, brown, and tan, covering his polo, pants, and even his cap.
Reactions to his bold fashion statement were predictably mixed. Some PGA Tour fans applauded the creativity, with one social media user commenting, “Rickie looks ready for battle out there!”
Others were more skeptical, with jokes about whether he was preparing for a hunting trip after his round.
The debate only fuelled more interest in the Puma x Realtree collection, which includes not just polos and pants but hoodies, quarter-zips, and even rain gear—all designed to bring an outdoor, adventure-driven feel to golf attire.

For Fowler, his first-round look was just another example of how he continues to push boundaries in golf fashion.
Fowler's full camo look comes a week after Jason Day entered full groutfit mode at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am.
Over the years, Fowler has built a reputation for standing out—whether it was his signature Sunday orange, monochromatic outfits, or his influence in making the flat-bill cap a staple in modern golf style.
His camo look may have been his most unexpected move yet, but it further cemented his role as one of the sport’s most fashion-forward players.
Fowler is sadly having a first round to forget in the desert though.
The popular American went out in 4-over par to tumble well down the board.
