LIV Golf pro Peter Uihlein will take a one-stroke lead into the final round of the International Series event in England on the Asian Tour.
Uihlein smashed the course record at Foxhills on Friday with a 10-under 61 to surge into the lead at the halfway stage in Surrey.
After 54 holes, Uihlein leads by one on 12-under from his LIV peer Harold Varner III after returning a card for a 2-under 69.
"It'd be nice [if I won]," the 34-year-old said. "It's been not my best year this year out of the last three since joining LIV.
"It's nice to build some momentum with our final events coming up and then I'm gonna play a few more International Series events coming up."
Varner, who carded a third round of 6-under 65, is searching for his first win since claiming LIV Golf Washington in May last year.
Elsewhere, England's Richard Bland is tied for third on 10-under with Jon Rahm's LIV teammate Caleb Surratt.
The Englishman spent the earlier part of the week lamenting changes made to the European Ryder Cup qualification process and how his coach wants to be paid less.
Bland got so frustrated with one of his tee shots on Saturday that he snapped his 3-wood, but he rallied on the back nine and made birdies at 14, 15, 17 and 18 to remain in contention.
England's Robert Dinwiddie is not out of it.
The veteran pro got one of the most incredible breaks on the 16th hole when his tee shot at the par-3 smashed a spectator squarely in the head and rolled back onto the green for a 45ft birdie putt.
Fortunately the spectator was okay.
Early leader, Belgium's Thomas Pieters, is further down the leaderboard on 7-under after an off-colour 73.
Bland, Varner and Uihlein will tee off in the final round at 11.45am on Sunday.
The winner will take home $360,000 from the $2m purse.
