Jon Rahm FUMING with camera crew in his group with Rory McIlroy at The Open
Jon Rahm vents frustration with photographers and camera crew after his lacklustre start to The Open.
A frustrated Jon Rahm believes there were far too many photographers and camera crew following his group with Rory McIlroy in the first round of The Open Championship.
Rahm, who ended up carding a lacklustre 3-over 74 at Royal Liverpool on Thursday, blasted the media's presence in his first-round group that included both McIlroy and Justin Rose.
McIlroy ended up with a 71 with Rose matching Rahm's score of 74.

After the round, Rahm said:
"I’m trying to walk and there’s way too many people in my way and I can’t go at my pace because they are in my way.
"Then I’m walking off 18 trying to deal with that unlucky moment... there’s somebody with a boom mic on my ass keeping up with Rory’s pace... that’s kind of the disregard that I existed."
Photographers and camera crew have been told to give Rahm a wider berth in the second round.
