Report: Tiger Woods caddie Joe LaCava picks up another bag...for one week only!
He will be caddying on the LPGA Tour for one week, according to a report.
Tiger Woods and his caddie Joe LaCava may not be working together for the time being but the duo are certainly keeping busy.
LaCava now has a full-time job working for Patrick Cantlay after Woods, 47, implored the looper to take the opportunity, insisting he would be 'mad' to turn down such an offer.
As for the 15-time major champion, he is embroiled in another scandal with his ex girlfriend Erica Herman.
Woods is being sued by Herman and this week his attorneys have implored a judge to throw out the case. Whether that happens remains to be seen.
But back to the subject of this article and LaCava was spotted at Upper Montclair Country Club, the host of this week's LPGA Tour event.
The player he will be working for is none other than Nelly Korda. Like Woods, Korda is also a TaylorMade staff player.
This news was first reported by Ryan French, who snapped a picture of the duo deep in conversation.

Cantlay taking the week off, but it looks like Joe is working for world #1 @NellyKorda this week. Decent bag to pick up. (Her regular caddie just had a baby) pic.twitter.com/hbWbqNwe02— Monday Q Info (@acaseofthegolf1) May 10, 2023
According to French, it is only a one-week stint for LaCava at the Cognizant Founders Cup as the aforementioned Cantlay has decided to skip the AT&T Byron Nelson ahead of the US PGA Championship.
The Woods and LaCava split came after Woods went under the knife once again to fuse his gammy right ankle.
Woods, as you know, suffered severe injuries in his February 2021 car crash.
According to Woods' pal Jason Day, a screw came loose in his foot at last year's PGA Championship which ultimately forced the big cat to withdraw.
