Tiger Woods accused of 'oldest trick in the book' by Erica Herman's lawyer!
Tiger Woods has now filed a motion to dismiss Erica Herman's claims.
At this point it appears Tiger Woods and scandal are synonymous.
In case you haven't heard, Woods, 47, is embroiled in a $47m lawsuit with his now ex-girlfriend Erica Herman.
Things have now escalated somewhat ahead of a court hearing scheduled for 9 May.
It is unknown whether the golfer will be in attendance. He recently had more surgery on his gammy right leg and is out of action once again.
No timeframe has been given for his return. Even his caddie Joe LaCava has gone to work for another player.
The latest developments? Herman has accused Woods of using his lawyer to break up with her at an airport last October.
Woods' attorneys are arguing that their dispute should be settled by an arbitrator and not before the courts.
He has now filed a motion to dismiss the claims.

The documents state:
The documents also set out a timeline of their relationship.
Herman, 38, was hired to work at his restaurant - The Woods Jupiter - where she held the position of director of operations.
The filing states:
Woods legal team argue that Herman signed an NDA on 9 August 2017 which was 'shortly' after they started dating.
It is alleged that Woods 'placed increasing pressure' on her to stop working at his restaurant to devote herself to the golfer and his children Charlie and Samantha.
The filing also raises claims of sexual harassment.
Woods has not commented publicly on his relationship with Herman.
