Titleist staffer Joe Highsmith claimed his maiden PGA Tour title at The Cognizant Classic in The Palm Beaches.
Highsmith - who had already missed three cuts from five starts before teeing it up at PGA National last week - credited part of his victory to a recent putter switch.
The 24-year-old changed to newer, custom-painted Scotty Cameron 009M Tour Prototype just before the WM Phoenix Open.
It appeared to immediately paid dividends. Highsmith made the cut last week on the number - sinking a five-foot putt.
Then he proceeded to hit back-to-back rounds of 7-under 64 to win his first PGA Tour title by two strokes.
