Tiger Woods has revealed his "honour" at being able to create new nine-hole par-3 course and a TGR Learning Lab in partnership with Augusta National.
Augusta National chairman Fred Ridley confirmed the news on Monday just days before the start of The Masters.
Woods, 49, then addressed the public with a video on social media.
Woods and his TGR Design company will now get to work on creating a new nine-hole par-3 course called 'The Loop'.
It will be designed at The Patch in Augusta, Georgia.
Woods will also open a fourth TGR Learning Lab in partnership with Augusta National starting in 2028.
The former World No.1 described his new partnership with Augusta National as a "true honour" and a "momentous day for the community."

Woods is unfortunately unable to participate in the 2025 Masters.
The 15-time major champion confirmed last month that he had undergone surgery to repair a ruptured achilles.
The latest injury means Woods will now be out of competitive action for the rest of 2025.
Woods is a five-time Masters champion following wins in 1997, 2001, 2002, 2005 and 2019.
Despite being absent from this week's first major of the season, Woods is expected to attend the annual Champions Dinner.
This week's Masters Dinner is hosted by defending champion Scottie Scheffler.
World No.1 Scheffler is looking to become the first player to defend The Masters since Woods in 2002.
Scheffler is also looking to win the coveted Green Jacket for a third time in four years.
Rory McIlroy is going for the career grand slam this week.
McIlroy is attempting to become just the sixth player in the modern era to join golf's elusive list.
