Masters 2025 prize money: How much they're playing for
Masters 2025 prize money: Check out how much they are playing for at the first men's major of the year at Augusta National.
Anticipation is building for the 2025 Masters Tournament.
Runaway World No.1 Scottie Scheffler returns to Augusta National as the defending champion and is the overwhelming favorite to land his third green jacket.
Rory McIlroy is also expected to mount a strong challenge for the major that has so far eluded him.
The field also includes LIV Golf recruits Jon Rahm, Brooks Koepka, Bryson DeChambeau, Cameron Smith, Phil Mickelson and Sergio Garcia.
PGA Tour stars Xander Schauffele, Collin Morikawa, Ludvig Aberg, Justin Thomas, Jordan Spieth and Hideki Matsuyama are also playing.
All the action gets underway on Thursday, 10 April and GolfMagic will be bringing you live text updates, reaction, opinion, news and analysis.
Scheffler claimed his second Masters title 12 months ago with a dominant final round performance having slept on a one-shot lead after 54 holes.
The American, now 28, saw off challenges from the aforementioned Morikawa and Aberg.
It meant Scheffler banked a whopping $3.6m from the $20m purse.
Augusta National officials are yet to announce the prize purse for the 2025 edition but early reports suggests it will be unchanged.
The ultra-exclusive club will confirm the prize purse for the 2025 Masters on Tuesday afternoon.
GolfMagic will publish the payout information on this page.
