McIlroy -9 (2)
My word. Rory chips in for eagle and he leads the 2025 Masters.
Everyone take a deep breath!

Everyone take a deep breath!
DeChambeau -8 (1)
Oh my word. Bryson bins his birdie putt from miles away. Can Rosey reply?
Rose -8, DeChambeau -7 (1*)
Rose hits his opening drive in the fairway bunker and is unfortunate his second isn't closer. He should be okay to make a par from there, though.
DeChambeau hits the fairway but his approach finds the back edge of the green...
McIlroy -7 (2*)
What a drive from Rors. That is enormous. He only has 219 yards to the pin. His approach looks perfect in the air but it never had a chance to stay on the green. A tricky up and down for birdie...
McIlroy -7, Conners -6 (1)
McIlroy hits a wedge to 10 feet at the 1st and then drains the birdie putt.
What a start.
Is everyone okay? I am fine.
It is fine.
Scheffler -6, Hatton -4 (2)
Scheffler tidies up his birdie to move to 6-under. Hatton has a chance to make amends for his sloppy mistake on the 1st but he pulls his putt and will remain at 4-under.
Justin Rose and Bryson DeChambeau are on the tee.
Johnson -4 (18)
Zach Johnson is in the clubhouse. A par at the 18th gives the American a third round of 66. Superb stuff.
McCarty -5, Lowry -5 (1)
Lowry pushed his approach at the 1st but as we know he's pretty handy with a wedge. He nips his third close and taps in for par. McCarty follows Lowry.
Strap yourselves in, folks. Rory McIlroy is underway. And it's a beautiful tee shot at 1...
We're moments away from the penultimate group teeing off in the third round of the 2025 Masters.
Rory McIlroy is making his way to the 1st tee box now.
He'll be playing alongside Canada's Corey Conners.
Justin Rose and Bryson DeChambeau will tee off at 2.40pm ET / 7.40pm BST.
Scheffler -5, Hatton -4 (1)
Scheffler has a great look for birdie at the par-4 1st but his effort sneaks by the hole.
Hatton can't save par after finding the greenside trap with his approach.
Lowry -5, McCarty -5 (1*)
Former Open champion Lowry finds the short stuff with his patented cut down the 1st fairway.
Lowry will believe he has the pedigree to win here on his 10th Masters appearance.
Johnson -5 (17)
The former U.S. Ryder Cup captain is going along nicely.
Johnson made birdie at 15 and 16 but he's just made a sloppy bogey at the 17th.
One more to go for the former champ.
Scheffler -5, Hatton -5 (1*)
Hatton misses the fairway left with his tee shot. He's got a gap, though, and finds the front bunker.
What can Scheffler do? Thump. A great look for birdie...
Scottie Scheffler and Tyrrell Hatton are on the 1st tee ready to go...
Rahm Par (5)
Rahm fails to convert a curling right to left putt from six feet and it leads to his first dropped shot of the round.
The Spaniard is back to level par.
You would have to feel his chance of winning a second Masters is gone at eight shots back.
Rahm -1 (3)
This is some start from 2023 Masters champion Rahm.
The LIV Golf superstar has just made a third straight birdie.
Rahm is now into the red at 1-under par for the tournament.
Seven back, but some start for sure.

He's added another birdie on to 4th to nudge himself up to level par.

Rahm Par (2)
It's some start for LIV Golf superstar Rahm.
He's just burst out the gate with birdies at 1 and 2.
Rahm is now back to level par for the tournament.
That's still eight shots off the pace though.
Kim +3 (1)
Tom Kim has absolutely no chance of winning The Masters but he's just teed off with a scorer in the first group of the third round.
The South Korean is one of the slowest players on the PGA Tour, so the field will be delighted to see he's out there on his own today.
Kim bogeyed the 1st to move back to 3-over par.
Here's how to make one:
