Camilo Villegas reportedly asked Kevin Kisner why he was 'being so sensitive' during a spicy exchange on the first day of the 2024 Presidents Cup.
Camilo Villegas reportedly asked Kevin Kisner why he was 'being so sensitive' during a heated exchange on the first day of the 2024 Presidents Cup.
Kisner was furious with the International duo of Tom Kim and Sungjae Im.
Kim holed a huge birdie putt at Royal Montreal's 8th hole and marched off to the next tee box before his opponent, Scottie Scheffler, putted out.
The move by Kim and Im is considered a breach of golf etiquette.

Former European Ryder Cup captain Paul McGinley described the pair's behaviour as 'disrespectful'.
Team USA assistant Kisner confronted his International counterpart Villegas before each player struck their tee shots at the 9th hole in the fourball contest.
On-course commentator John Wood said the exchange 'didn't look that friendly'.
Scheffler and Russell Henley eventually closed out the match 3&2 on a dominant first day for Team USA.
The World No.1 said what happened was 'just a bit of fun' whereas Kim expressed similar sentiments.
"He gave it to me, and I gave it to him back on the next hole," Kim said.
"I don't shy away from him. He's a good friend. But at the same time, this week I don't like him.
"I want to beat him so bad, and I'm sure he feels the same way."
Kim also raised eyebrows when he accused the home crowd of not being loud enough.
Now it has emerged what was said between Villegas and Kisner.
Kisner told Golf Channel: "They took gamesmanship too far and over the line on sportsmanship and lose some integrity.
"I thought it was pretty bush league and I told Camilo that if that's the way they want to do it, then game on.
"If you can p--- off my No.1 player in the world, then I'm all for it."
Golf Channel's Todd Lewis claimed Villegas said: "Why are you being so sensitive?"
Kisner then responded: "Because I play by the rules."
Replied Villegas: "Nothing against the rules of leaving the green."
Scheffler is back in action with Henley on day two.
They will play Si Woo Kim and Ben An in the foursomes.
Tom Kim has been dropped.
