Xander Schauffele to reporter: "That's a messed-up question"
Xander Schauffele couldn't believe what question he was asked by one reporter ahead of the PGA Tour's season finale.
Xander Schauffele appeared confused with one question he was asked by a reporter ahead of the PGA Tour's season finale at East Lake.
Schauffele spoke to reporters in Atlanta on Tuesday afternoon where he previewed the Tour Championship and reflected on his incredible year so far that has seen him win two majors.
Towards the end of his news conference - where he made his feelings on PGA Tour boss Jay Monahan crystal clear - the 30-year-old was caught off guard by one question.

That question?
"Who's the worst player you've ever played with?"
Schauffele replied: "The worst player I've ever played with?
"That's a messed-up question. You know that, right?
"That's like me asking you who's the worst journalist you've ever sat next to."
Still, X-Man offered an answer, although he decided not to name names.
"I don't know," he said.
"I've seen some pretty bad shots out of my own body, unfortunately.
"Usually when I'm playing with someone that's not very good I try not to look, and the worst shots I've seen are in a pro-am probably.
"My golf bag getting hit, Austin and I almost getting hit."
Schauffele will play the first round of the Tour Championship alongside Scottie Scheffler.
The duo will tee off in the first round at 2:00pm EDT on Thursday.
