Tiger Woods offers comment as 2K announces the launch of the PGA Tour 2K25 video game with a franchise debut of the PGA, U.S. Open and The Open.
Tiger Woods has provided comment following exciting news that 2K has today announced the launch of the PGA Tour 2K25 video game.
PGA Tour 2K25 is the forthcoming entry in the golf simulation franchise from HB Studios and it will feature the franchise debut of the US PGA Championship, U.S. Open and The Open.
Woods, who is a PGA Tour 2K Executive Director, will feature in the Standard Edition and Deluxe Edition alongside the likes of 2K sponsored athlete Matt Fitzpatrick and six-time PGA Tour winner Max Homa who will be making his series debut.

The update from PGA Tour 2K25 falls on the same day that Woods, 49, makes his TGL debut at the SoFi Center in Florida.
The 15-time major champion will also be featured on the Legend Edition of the PGA Tour 2K25 video game.
2K has confirmed to GolfMagic that the PGA Tour 2K25 Standard Edition will be available worldwide on Friday 28 February 2025.
Players who pre-order the PGA Tour 2K25 Deluxe Edition and the PGA Tour 2K25 Legend Edition will be entitled to up to seven days of Early Access beginning on Friday 21 February 2025.

What's new in PGA Tour 2K25?
The PGA Tour 2K25 video game features several franchise advancements, including the addition of new EvoSwing mechanics with a whole host of new shot types, ball flights, roll physics, and visual improvements; the most immersive and customisable MyCAREER experience to date; a diverse suite of creation tools; and much more. In addition, fans can look forward to a roster of 11 male and female pros at launch*, including Woods, Homa, Fitzpatrick, Justin Thomas, Tony Finau, Lydia Ko, Tom Kim, Brooke Henderson, and more.

PGA TOUR 2K25 will include 29 licensed courses at launch, including player favorite THE PLAYERS Stadium Course at TPC Sawgrass.
New additions include the 2025 U.S. Open at Oakmont Country Club, the 2025 PGA Championship at Quail Hollow Club, The 153rd Open at Royal Portrush Golf Club, and more, with The Old Course at St. Andrews arriving in Season 2 shortly after launch.
Topgolf mode returns, as well as the industry-leading Course Designer which features all-new tools, surfaces, and items, allowing players to build their dream courses, hit all the right angles with new camera systems, and share them for the global online community to experience**.
