Golf fans react to epic NEW Scottie Scheffler orange jumpsuit Halloween costume!

The perfect golf Halloween costume is now available courtesy of Caddie Uniform, which has just dropped an epic Scottie Scheffler orange jumpsuit in time for 31 October. 

The costume has been designed some five months after World No.1 Scheffler, 29, was famously arrested ahead of his second round tee time at the US PGA. 

Scheffler was shockingly placed in cuffs and thrown into the back of a police car just after 6am on Friday 17 May after he misunderstood the traffic flow situation heading into Valhalla Golf Club following a fatal collision that had taken place at 5am. 

The two-time Masters champion was taken straight to jail and Louisville Department of Corrections posted a mugshot of him.

Scheffler was charged with second-degree of assault of a police officer, third-degree criminal mischief, reckless driving and disregarding traffic signals.

He was booked into his jail cell just before 7.30am and then released an hour later.

Scheffler was thankfully still able to rock up at Valhalla GC in time for his second round.

Even more incredibly, he went on to shoot a round of 66 before going on to finish T8. 

Two weeks later, all charges were dropped against Scheffler.

Jefferson County Attorney Mike O'Connell reviewed the evidence and learned Detective Bryan Gillis 'broke policy' for not having his body-worn camera on. 

O'Connell said Scheffler's actions did not "satisfy the elements of any criminal offence" and "corroborated" Scheffler's assertation that the incident was a "big misunderstanding".

He added: "The evidence we reviewed supports the conclusion that detective Gillis was concerned for public safety at the scene when he initiated contact with Mr Scheffler."
