Bryson DeChambeau opened up on what he's learned most from 15-time major champion Tiger Woods during a recent 'Break 50' challenge video with NFL GOAT Tom Brady.

DeChambeau, 31, joined avid golf fan Brady, 47, for an 18-hole challenge where they attempted to 'Break 50' shots from off the front tees.

Could they do it?

You'll definitely want to stay until the end of the video where DeChambeau does what you'd probably expect as a two-time US Open champion.

DeChambeau's YouTube channel has rapidly become the most popular of all time in the golf industry.

His latest video with Brady only went up four days ago and it's already generated more than 2m views.

But back to the top of the story and DeChambeau's claims about what he's learned most about former World No.1 and 82-time PGA Tour winner Tiger Woods.

DeChambeau admits Woods is one golfer to have taught him the most about the game.

The LIV Golf star also admitted, however, that six-time major champion Phil Mickelson, 54, has also helped improve his short game.

"Phil is the most knowledgeable man when it comes to wedging and hitting around the green," DeChambeau told Brady during their Break 50 challenge.

"He is incredibly intelligent, but I have to say Tiger is the one that taught me a lot. He has taught me so much about putting, shot shaping, and controlling distance.

"Just random little tips of information, but he doesn't always give them though. You learn through the way he looks at things, you watch his eyes and what he is trying to gather.

"A lot of it is in his hands, so I took a lot of what he said 'Dude, it is all in your hands, you have to feel the golf club'. Being a technician, and somebody who loves to be perfectly on plane, I learn to be an athlete from him too."

Woods and DeChambeau were incredibly close when they were both competing on the PGA Tour and in Ryder Cup teams.

However, their relationship is understood to have declined in recent times, especially after DeChambeau defected to LIV Golf in 2022.

But they do remain friends, per sources.

Woods is hosting his annual Hero World Challenge in The Bahamas this week.

He won't be teeing it up though as he continues to recover from the sixth back surgery of his career.

Woods, who turns 49 on 30 December, will address the media with a health update and field questions about the latest topics in the golf world on Tuesday morning at Albany GC.

Woods played in all four majors in 2024 but he only made the cut at The Masters before going on to finish last.

DeChambeau on the other hand had a fantastic season in the majors.

He took down Rory McIlroy to win the second US Open of his career at Pinehurst No.2 in June.

Bryson also finished T6 at The Masters and solo second at the US PGA.

He then missed the cut at The Open.

DeChambeau is the captain of Crushers GC on LIV Golf.

The big-hitting American has admitted his team will remain unchanged for next season.

DeChambeau is joined on the Crushers - who won the team championship in 2023 - by Anirban Lahiri, Paul Casey and Charles Howell III.

Just before Christmas on 17 December, DeChambeau will join Brooks Koepka to take on McIlroy and Scottie Scheffler at The Showdown in Vegas.
