The International Series is a set of 10 elevated tournaments that take place across the globe, with some of the world's best golfers going head-to-head for a $2m purse at each event.
This week's tournament marks the fourth International Series event of 2024.
Poulter only has one top-10 finish on LIV Golf in 11 tournaments this season.
That came in Hong Kong (T8) in March.

As a result of slumping to a current 663rd in the world, Poulter, who was once ranked fifth in the rankings, has missed out on competing in all of the majors this season.
Poulter did not even bother attempting to qualify for this year's Open as it coincided with a holiday.
The Englishman's last major appearance came at The 150th Open at St Andrews when he finished T62.

Poulter's WD is a blow to home fans and tournament sponsors this week but the European Ryder Cup hero has confirmed he will still be on site at Foxhills Country Club to meet everyone on Saturday.
Shortly after Poulter's update, it came to light that another European Ryder Cup hero Graeme McDowell had withdrawn from this week's action.
There will now be 15 LIV Golf players in the field at the International Series England, one of which includes International Series leader John Catlin, who has acted as a replacement for Charles Howell III on Bryson DeChambeau's Crushers GC this season.
Other notable LIV names in the field this week include two-time senior major champion and home-favourite Richard Bland, Thomas Pieters, Sam Horsfield, Anirban Lahiri, Branden Grace and Peter Uihlein.

Poulter tweeted: "Afraid I won’t be playing the @intseriesgolf event this week at @FoxhillsSurrey due to injury but I will be coming along to support on Saturday so I hope to see as many of you there as possible."
He also posted the below in a graphic.
