Tommy Fleetwood reacts to unwanted (?) PGA Tour record!
England's Tommy Fleetwood has reflected on his near miss on the PGA Tour at the Valspar Championship.
It just wasn't to be for Tommy Fleetwood.
For the second straight week, the affable Englishman, 32, teed off in one of the final groups on the PGA Tour.
He had the chance to finally claim his maiden win at the Valspar Championship. It looked like it would be a shoot-out against Jordan Spieth.
Fleetwood's hopes of taking the win at the Copperhead course at Innisbrook Resort were dashed when he endured sand hell at No. 14.

The Ryder Cup star split the fairway with his TaylorMade Stealth 2 Plus, but tugged his approach into the greenside trap.
It took Fleetwood two attempts to get out and, unsurprisingly, he couldn't sink his 60-footer for par.

In the end, it was Taylor Moore who carved out a one-stroke win after Adam Schenk found tree trouble at the 72nd hole.
Schenk took the time in the immediate aftermath of his disappointment to complain that he 'didn't deserve' the break that forced him to hit lefty.
As for Fleetwood, we shouldn't feel too badly. His finish at Valspar meant that he took his PGA Tour career earnings across the $15m mark.
His T-3 placing meant he was given a cheque for $477,900. That takes him to $15,186,842 overall.
It means he is the second player to reach this benchmark without tasting victory.
Fleetwood told the media:
Take a look below of another nine other golfers to have pocketed more than $10m without ever winning on the PGA Tour:
