PGA Tour-bound 'wild boy' suspended! "We're talking P-Reed level rumours"
Alejandro Tosti - who is headed to the PGA Tour in 2024 - has been suspended by the Korn Ferry Tour for an 'internal matter'.
Alejandro Tosti is headed to the PGA Tour in 2024.
And judging by stories about the 27-year-old Argentine, we sure are in for some fireworks.
Why we are talking about Tosti is because he has just been suspended by the Korn Ferry Tour.
His suspension was confirmed after he withdrew from this week's Albertson Boise Open. The Boise Open is part of the Korn Ferry Tour finals.
Golfers are currently attempting to secure their 2024 status on the tour or punch their ticket to the big time.
It is not known why Tosti has been suspended.
The KFT are keeping schtum over the matter, refusing to comment and only describing the situation as an internal matter.
A statement from the KFT reads:

Breaking:
According to sources, Alejandro Tosti who is in points, on the KFT has been suspended after an incident yesterday.
This comes after numerous alleged incidents throughout the season that have lead to him being suspended. Full story coming.— Monday Q Info (@acaseofthegolf1) August 25, 2023
The news of Tosti's suspension was first reported by Ryan French, aka Monday Q Info on X.
French also reported how another pro in the very same event was disqualified for missing his tee time despite being on the range.
Curtis Luck was that pro in question and he handled the DQ admirably. 'I'll just press on,' he said after mixing up his tee times.
As for Tosti, he was also involved in a rules incident earlier in the season.
Tosti's and a host of other golfers were docked two shots each under MLR G-6 for taking unauthorised shuttle rides from a green to a tee box during the Lecom Suncoast Classic.
Alejandro Tosti has a reputation on the Korn Ferry Tour for being a true wild boy. P-Reed level rumors flying around. We could see some fireworks when he plays on the PGA Tour next season. Wild boys tend to stay wild boys. https://t.co/wqROe3pD3m

He told Golf Channel of the matter:
We'll have to keep our eyes peeled to see what develops with Tosti.
As Rapaport has pointed out: wild boys do tend to stay wild boys.
