Jordan Spieth had a MARE but still won a FORTUNE at the Hero World Challenge
Viktor Hovland scoops the $1 million jackpot but Jordan Spieth still walks away with $100,000 despite finishing 6-over par and 24 shots off the pace.
Jordan Spieth may have finished last on 6-over par in the 20-man Hero World Challenge but he still picked up a decent $100,000 for his week's efforts at Albany in the Bahamas.
Spieth suffered a bizarre two-shot penalty alongside his playing partner Henrik Stenson in the final round when playing from the wrong tee box on the par-5 9th hole.

The three-time major champion slumped to a final-round 76 to finish 24 shots off the pace for 72 holes, and he was even five shots behind 19th-placed Stenson.
At the top end of the board, Viktor Hovland prevailed in Tiger Woods' annual tournament, shooting a superb final round of 66 to clinch a narrow one-shot victory over Scottie Scheffler.
Hovland, who has now won his last two consecutive tournaments, scooped a jackpot of $1 million.
