Bermuda Championship R1: Classy Patrick Reed hits one of the SHOTS of his life
Captain America grinded his way to an opening round of 68 which included one of the best shots he has ever hit and a beautiful greenside chip in.
Patrick Reed showed off his short game genius and holed out for eagle as he started well at the Butterfield Bermuda Championship.
Port Royal Golf Club was not a nice place to be on round one on the PGA Tour as brutal winds forced a suspension of play.
England's Matthew Fitzpatrick noted it was the worst wind he has ever played in as he battled his way to an opening level par round of 71.
Reed made five birdes on the front nine but a double bogey cost him early and he dropped another shot on the par-3 ninth hole.

The 31-year-old is getting back into the swing of things as it wasn't so long ago he was battling a bout of pneumonia.
He was reportedly well enough to play golf but he was snubbed by Steve Stricker and was not picked for the Ryder Cup team.
But Captain America showed the world just how good he is with some stunning short game work in Bermuda.
He chipped in from just off the green at the 14th and also made a sensational eagle down the stretch.
Reed came up and out of his tee shot at 17 and sent his ball towards the penalty area.

It didn't matter though as he drained his third shot even though his feet were on the cart path.
Just ridiculous.
"That's an eagle three" the commentators said as Reed laughed, turned to the crowd and touched his cap.
Frustratingly for Reed he dropped a shot up the last as he signed for a 3-under 68.
Elsewhere, South Africa's young star Garrick Higgo (4-under) has started well as has Thailand's Kiradech Aphibarnrat (4-under).
The easiest player to root for this week is Brian Morris, who has been battling terminal cancer for two years.
He got a heroes welcome on the tee box as he pegged it up but struggled in his round and at the time of writing was 15-over through 14 holes.
Graeme McDowell finished 1-under.
