Shocking golf fight breaks out on course 24 hours after Rory McIlroy wins The Masters

A shocking on-course golf fight that took place a day after Rory McIlroy completed the career grand slam at The Masters has gone viral on social media. 

In a video that has since done the rounds on social media platforms, a brawl broke out at Two Eagles Golf Course in West Kelowna, Canada on Monday night. 

West Kelowna, formerly known as Westside and colloquially known as Westbank, is a city in British Columbia's Okanagan Valley on the west shore of Okanagan Lake

Witnesses claim it wasn't Corey Conners' fall down the Masters leaderboard that caused the altercation, but that slow play was to blame. 

One group apparently hit into the other group, and well, it all kicked off from there as you can see from the video at the bottom of his page.

It is understood one of the men who was hit suffered a broken jaw in the shocking fight. 

Police were called to the scene but no charges have been filed to date.

Cops have called the fight "totally unacceptable". 

"It's Monday night f***ing golf. You in a rush? Where you gotta be? You hit it up our a** all day," one of the men is heard shouting out. 

A lady in the background is heard commenting on the fight as it happened. 

She shouts out to the group: "Let's take it down a notch guys..."

According to one report, the owners of the golf course are "demanding restitution from those involved in a physical altercation on their course".

The owners claim the brawl was a "desecration of the property and a breach of community values."

The wild golf fight was so shocking that it made it's way onto national television.
