Arnold Palmer supports the LET
The "King" is heading for Germany to give the European Ladies a clinic to support the tour
Golfing legend, Arnold Palmer, is to host a golf clinic at the venue for this year's Hannover Expo 2000 Ladies Open.
Palmer will be visiting Rethmar Golf Links on Sunday 12 May, when he will host a clinic prior to playing the course.
The 70-year-old, who has won 92 tournaments worldwide, is coming to Hannover to be appointed ambassador to EXPO 2000, the World Exhibition taking place in Germany from June 1 until October 31.
Rethmar Golf Links, which opened last July, was designed by Palmer and measures 5463 metres off the Ladies Championship tees.
Last year's inaugural event was won by France's Sandrine Mendiburu, who scored 73-64-71 round the par 72 layout.
This year's event takes place from 26-28 May.
