DJ wears Gretzky ice hockey jersey at Canadian Open
Dustin Johnson wears father-in-law's Oilers jersey on 'the rink' hole at Glen Abby.
Dustin Johnson is in the Great North winning hearts and minds ahead of the Canadian Open.
The 2016 US Open winner wore an Edmonton Oilers shirt with “Gretzky” on the back while playing the par-three seventh at Glen Abby.
The tee box is surrounded by hockey walls and the marshals wear referee’s uniforms on the hole known as “the rink”.
DJ is married to Gretzky’s daughter, Paulina, and plays golf with the Great One on occasion.
Gretzky, who is considered the greatest ever ice hockey player by many, has more goals and assists than any other player and won four Stanley Cups with the Oilers before being traded to the Los Angeles Kings.
