Could you do THIS on the practice range? How stability discs can help your game
Will you be purchasing some of these balancing pads so you can rip it like a PGA Tour professional?
Golf is a constant battle between variables to make sure they all come together perfectly.
As you can imagine in a golf swing, balance is key.
There is no point making a pass at the ball if you're absolutely all over the place.
How many times have you had a lesson, overheard a lesson, or watched professionals on television talking about creating a "stable base"?
This is absolutely key in the golf swing.
A cool video has emerged on the PGA Tour.
Take a look here:
PGA Tour professional Sam Ryder walks us through the drill.
It certainly seems like the type of drill you'll need to make sure nobody is in close proximity to you unless it all goes wrong.
It has now become a staple in his practise, Ryder said, who has been coached by Adam Shriver for more than seven years.
You can find out more about the drill Ryder is doing in our video below.
PGA professional Adam Glass walks GolfMagic through this and explains how this drill can help your putting, too.
He also goes into further detail about what happens when you are using the discs.
It's also good for increasing core strength and stability too.
This will in turn help your distance contol and your path.
Try and stay nice and centred, Glass said.
