How to make a Masters Pimento Cheese Sandwich

And it should be a dietary staple for all golf fans this week because it only costs $1.50 if you're lucky enough to be in Georgia, or requires only a few ingredients if you’ll be watching from the comfort of your armchair.
Here’s how to make it...
Ingredients - makes around five sandwiches
3 cups grated white cheddar cheese
2 cups grated yellow sharp cheddar cheese
120 grams crumbled blue cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
120 grams sliced pimentos, drained
1 cup light mayo
2 tbs Dijon mustard
1 loaf of white bread
Throw the cheese, pimento, mayonaise and mustard in a food processor, and blend until smooth.
Cover and leave to cool - then enjoy!
