Conclusion
Sitting down to put our heads together and discuss the testing, we asked ourselves which of the irons would perform best in the scoring. It quickly became clear that all four of us had taken a shine to the final trio of irons in the test: Mizuno JPX-EZ, PING G25 and Wilson D100.
Fitting then that, having written down our scores without consulting and then taking the average of each iron, the JPX-EZ should finish ahead of the G25, with the D100 finishing narrowly behind in third.
We were really impressed by the variety on offer from all the clubs in this test, as reflected in the fact all ten irons finished within six points of each other.
