Rickie Fowler has decided not to renew his golf ball and glove deal with TaylorMade for the 2025 PGA Tour season, according to Golfweek

Fowler, 36, signed a multi-year deal with TaylorMade to play their golf ball and wear their glove in 2019.

But that deal has come to an end after six years and Fowler is now a free agent in the golf ball and glove world.

Fowler will now start the 2025 PGA Tour season with the 2023 Titleist Pro V1 model in play.

He has also returned to a Cobra glove.

"Everyone makes great product these days and I felt like there were multiple options I could go play from different manufacturers," Fowler wrote in a text to Golfweek

Fowler remains a long-time Cobra Puma staff ambassador.

The popular American has won six times on the PGA Tour but he is winless since landing the Rocket Mortgage Classic in July 2023.

Fowler has also confirmed to Golfweek he has changed sponsorship deal from independent CPA firm Grant Thornton to Ernst & Young.

He will now wear the EY logo on the front right of his chest while competing on the PGA Tour and in TGL events.

"They were in a position where they wanted to get back into the golf space a bit more," wrote Fowler.

"Lucky for me I happened to be in the right place at the right time and everything came together organically.

"I had an amazing run with Grant Thornton and left on good terms."

Fowler will make his first start of the 2025 PGA Tour season at The American Express this week.

He competed in the first ever TGL match last week but his New York GC lost heavily 9-2 to The Bay GC.

Despite having not yet won a major title, Fowler told the media at the end of 2024 that he still intends to end his career with multiple majors on his CV.
