Former Masters champion Dustin Johnson has been spotted testing out a new putter before LIV Golf's third event of 2025 in Hong Kong.

Dustin Johnson has been spotted using a new putter for the first time since parting ways with TaylorMade.

GolfMagic exclusively revealed in February that Johnson's 18-year association with the leading OEM was over.

Johnson first signed for TaylorMade when he turned professional in 2007 and went on to win 24 PGA Tour titles and two major championships using their equipment.

TaylorMade opted not to renew his contract at the end of 2024, allowing Johnson to become an equipment free agent.

And whilst Johnson has decided to stick with the brand for his irons, wedges and golf ball - the American looks like he will start rolling a L.A.B. putter from this week.

Johnson was spotted at Hong Kong Golf Club by LIV's editorial lead Mike McAllister using the DF3

The funky DF3 ranked among our best and most forgiving putters of 2024.

Johnson will hope that it makes an immediate impact, given how much he struggled on the greens last year. He ranked 42nd out of the league's 54 players in that department.

Statistically, Brooks Koepka was the best player on the putting surfaces, followed by former Open champion Cameron Smith and Adrian Meronk.

GolfMagic previously compared the L.A.B DF3 to the populay Odyssey Square 2 Square Jailbird.
