Shot Scope launches CONNEX performance tracking tags
Shot Scope has today launched a new set of performance tracking tags that can deliver on-course data direct to your phone.
The new CONNEX performance tracking tags from Shot Scope allow golfers to seamlessly monitor their on-course data direct to their mobile phone using a subscription-free app, without the need to wear a Shot Scope watch.
Once screwed into the grip of each of your clubs, the CONNEX tags will record each stroke on the course by simply tapping your phone prior to hitting the shot. An analysis is instantly available for review on the app with a detailed lay out of each shot viewable on an aerial map of the hole.

The subscription-free app also acts as a comprehensive course guide, offering a full bird's eye view of each hole. With GPS data available at the tap of a finger, both green layouts and adjustable pin positions are featured for extensive pre-shot planning.
Purchases of the CONNEX tags also give golfers access to a host of other benefits, including unrestricted access to the Shot Scope Academy - a game improvement feature designed to allow golfers and coaches to better analyse on course performance.
With over 100 statistics gathered, including strokes gained, immediately uploaded to the Shot Scope app, golfers can instantly connect with their coach to share thoughts about their round.
Golfers will also have access to virtual communities where users can compare, compete and communicate with each other through the subscription free app.
Shot Scope's Chief Executive Officer, David Hunter, is keen for all golfers to experience the in-depth statistics the tech can offer, saying:
CONNEX includes 16 performance tracking tags and can be purchased for £99.99 at Shot Scope's Website as well as major golf stores and online retailers
