Honma unveils 2012 irons and woods
And provides customers with new
Japanese manufacturer Honma has unveiled its unique 2012 range of clubs that will cost around £2,000 for a set of irons.
However, celebrity golfers and Premiership footballers, who shop at Harrods in London, might even be prepared to buy platinum-plated versions for upto £30,000.
Making their debut this season are the aggressive-looking Honma Beres Pro Black irons, which the brand claims suits the low handicap golfer wanting maximum shot capability. Alternatively, consider Honma Beres IS-02 soft forged irons.
Honma says it has also revamped its tungsten-weighted game-improvement IC-01 irons, nickel and chrome W-103 wedges range, and Perfect Switch adjustable metal woods and hybrids that enable the golfer to make 360-degree adjustments without rotating the shaft.
Honma is also introducing its first ‘Honma To You’ service, enabling golfers to get custom fitted at their local golf course. Club will follow within six weeks.
“Our brand is synonymous with ultimate performance and craftsmanship, and we're similarly uncompromising with our customer service,” says Honma Golf Europe’s managing director Vincent Thibault.
“So if you can't come to Honma, then Honma will come to you.”
