The South Buckinghamshire golf course review
Is this Buckinghamshire's best kept secret?
Situated in the 130 acres of Farnham Park's mature woodland, The South Buckinghamsire Golf Club is certainly a hidden gem ready for Buckinghamshire to discover.
At 6,119 yards it's a good length par 70 combining challenging long par 4's with various birdie opportunities across the course.
It's beautifully maintained, with quality greens, lush fairways and nicely laid out holes. Water features, challenging thick rough, and well sanded bunkers feature throughout.
It's £25 on weekends / bank holidays and £18 on weekdays and given that it boasts championship-quality holes, looks like it could be very good value for money.
In this review I'll acknowledge the prettiest hole on the course, the toughest and the most birdieable, with a few tips to get a low score along the way.
