Rory McIlroy's daughter Poppy holes monster putt during Masters Par-3 Contest
Rory McIlroy's daughter Poppy McIlroy sent the patrons wild as she drained a 40-footer on the 9th during the annual Masters Par-3 Contest at Augusta National.
Rory McIlroy's daughter Poppy McIlroy holed a monster 40-foot putt on the par-3 9th during the annual Masters Par-3 Contest.
McIlroy, 35, handed his TaylorMade Spider Tour X Putter his four-year-old daughter as they walked onto the final green.
The World No.2 lined up Poppy towards the hole and she then said: "Dad stop, it's okay, I've got this..."
Poppy duly putted her father's TP5 down the slope and into the cup to raucous applause and cheers from the patrons.
McIlroy and Shane Lowry's daughter immediately congratulated Poppy on her incredible efforts.
According to Today's Golfer Editor Alex Perry, Rory said to Poppy as they walked off the green: "Shall we go and get some ice cream... and then watch your highlights?"

McIlroy's wife Erica Stoll was on caddying duties for husband and daughter in the annual Par-3 Contest.
The Northern Irishman skipped the Par-3 Contest in 2024.
A month later he announced he and Erica were going through a divorce.
But then weeks later McIlroy confirmed they were not going through with it having made amends with each other.
Rory and Erica now look happier than ever it would seem.

McIlroy spoke about the importance of his family being at The Masters this week in his pre-tournament news conference.
He said Poppy realised her father was famous after he won the 2025 Players Championship at TPC Sawgrass.
"She went into school and there was a couple of kids that had said some stuff to her," he said.
"And she came home to me that day and said, 'Daddy, are you famous?'
"I said, 'It depends who you talk to.'"
