Tommy Fleetwood addresses 'form' question after reaching unwanted PGA Tour milestone
England's Tommy Fleetwood says he is satisfied with his form on the PGA Tour despite reaching an unwanted landmark in his career.
Tommy Fleetwood says he has no issues with his form on the PGA Tour despite surpassing $25m in earnings without a victory.
Fleetwood took his earnings on the North American circuit to $26.5m after finishing in a tie for 14th at the 2025 Players Championship at TPC Sawgrass.
The Englishman, 34, has been a mainstay on the PGA Tour since 2018 and has so far teed it up in 149 events.
He boasts eight worldwide victories but has finished runner-up on the PGA Tour on five occasions.
"You can't really be complaining too much finishing where I'm finishing," Fleetwood told the Sky Sports Golf Podcast.
"I'm really happy with the consistency that I'm showing at the moment.
"I just have to find that little bit more out of my game and my scoring to find myself in contention at the right time."
Fleetwood added: "Hopefully I can continue to play the way I am and just play the waiting game, keep pushing and we'll find ourselves up there when that time comes."
The European Ryder Cup star finds himself as the favourite to win this week's Valspar Championship.
Xander Schauffele and Justin Thomas are also in the field at Innisbrook Resort.
"I love this golf course," Fleetwood said. "I feel you have to control your ball really well.
"I don't think you can dominate this golf course with length. I think you have to position your golf ball, try and keep it in play.
"If you're out of position, you have to be patient and find a way of giving yourself the best chance of making par without forcing anything. I think there's a lot of demanding golf shots around there."
Fleetwood is not the only player to have won a significant amount of money on the PGA Tour without stepping into the winner's circle.
Cameron Tringale, who now plays in the LIV Golf League as part of Phil Mickelson's HyFlyers, reached $25,934,963 without winning.
Fellow LIV recruit Mito Pereira has also earned just shy of $15m.
Jeff Overton, Briny Baird, Brendon de Jonge, Graham DeLaet, Brett Quigley and David Hearn all surpassed the $10m mark without a victory.
The Valspar Championship gets underway on Thursday.
Fleetwood is playing the first two rounds alongside Thomas Detry and Billy Horschel.
Detry recently spoke to GolfMagic about why he will not be tinkering with his putter anytime soon.
