An emotional Peter Malnati claimed his second title here 12 months ago after firing a final round of 4-under 67 at the Copperhead Course.
The field is headlined by World No.3 Xander Schauffele, Justin Thomas and European Ryder Cup teammates Tommy Fleetwood and Shane Lowry.
All the action gets underway on 20 March.
As ever, there is a huge amount of prize money up for grabs.
The 2025 edition of the Valspar Championship has a total purse of $8.7m.
That means that the winner will walk away with $1,566,000.
Also on offer is a spot is 500 FedEx Cup points to the champ, a two-year exemption on the PGA Tour and a spot in the 2025 Masters.
