Tiger Woods provides an ankle update ahead of his PGA Tour return, then reveals his TGL team.
Tiger Woods has provided his fans with an ankle injury update on a day when he also revealed he will own and play for Jupiter Links Club in the TGL.
Woods, 47, provided an update on his recovering ankle following four days of caddying for his young cub Charlie Woods in the Notah Begay III Invitational.
That tournament concluded on Monday and Charlie finished 2-over par in T17.

Woods, who had ankle surgery in April, spoke to The Associated Press today to confirm the fusion below his ankle joint is now pain free.
The former World No.1 did not provide a return date for his PGA Tour return though.
It remains to be seen whether Woods will be able to peg it up in his annual Hero World Challenge later this month, and / or in the PNC Championship alongside Charlie just before Christmas.
While the ankle is fine, admits Woods, he is still feeling sore, especially after walking a golf course for four days straight.

Woods also confirmed in a statement to the media this afternoon he will act as a co-owner of Jupiter Links Golf Club, which is the sixth and final team to join the TGL.
The tech-infused golf league, which is the brainchild of both Woods and Rory McIlroy and backed by the PGA Tour, will commence on Jan.9, 2024.

Woods now joins David Blitzer, who has stakes in five professional franchises, as the co-owner of Jupiter Links GC.

Each team will have four players, and all team members will be confirmed soon.
