PGA Tour golfer Jordan Spieth has revealed his wife Annie is pregnant.

Spieth and the love of his life already have two children together.

Their first child, a son named Sammy, was born on 14 November 2021.

Sammy has already made several public appearances, including when he stole the show at the 2022 Masters Par-3 Contest.

The couple welcomed a daughter, Sophie, on 12 September 2023, just a matter of days before Spieth made his fifth Ryder Cup appearance in Italy.

Speith told the latest episode of Smylie Kaufman's podcast that he and Annie are expecting their third child in July.

He did not say whether they are expecting a boy or a girl.

The 2025 Open Championship will be played over 17-20 July at Royal Portrush.

Spieth met Annie in high school and they got engaged during the Christmas holidays in 2017. They married a year later.

Fellow golfer Justin Thomas was the best man at his wedding.

Thomas' daughter Molly - who was born last November - made her first public appearance last week at Torrey Pines with her dad and even got a cuddle from Tiger Woods

An up-and-down start to the season

Spieth returned to the PGA Tour in February after the longest layoff of his entire career.

He had surgery on his wrist last August after crashing out of the FedEx Cup playoffs.

In his first tournament start since the surgery, Spieth finished 69th out of 80 players in the signature, no-cut AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am.

He followed that with a top five finish at the WM Phoenix Open

Last week Speith missed the cut at the Genesis Invitational.

He said the cold weather at Torrey Pines did him no favours and he was looking forward to a short break.

"It got beat it up pretty good," he told reporters last week of his wrist.

"But I'm hoping this next week, laying off of it for five or six days and working on it with therapy — it's just inflammation so hopefully it will just go away and this will end up being a good thing that I kind of pushed it."
