Which LIV Golf players are in 2025 majors? Check out which LIV players will be competing in the Masters, U.S. Open, Open and PGA Championship.
Several LIV Golf players have secured their spots in the 2025 major championships.
There are multiple pathways in which professional golfers can qualify for The Masters, U.S. Open, Open and PGA Championship.
Players can get into the fields in the big four via past performances, their world ranking, qualifying or by being a former champion.
Certain major championship governing bodies, such as the PGA of America and Augusta National, send out special invitations for those they deem worthy of a spot in the field.
For the very first time in 2025, LIV players will have the opportunity to book their spaces in the U.S. Open and The Open by virtue of their performances on the breakaway tour.
The leading player on the Saudi-backed tour, not otherwise exempt, will be in the fields for the U.S. Open at Oakmont and The Open at Royal Portrush.
Augusta National have invited Joaquin Niemann to take part in the 2025 Masters.
Niemann and Sergio Garcia have also accepted invitations to play the PGA Championship at Quail Hollow in Charlotte.
The fields for the 2025 Masters, Open, U.S. Open and PGA Championship are yet to be finalised.
