Bob MacIntyre flies home on budget Jet2 flight from Ryder Cup
Scotland's Ryder Cup star Bob MacIntyre paid for the flights and accomodation of all his friends and family who travelled to Rone.
A hungover-looking Bob MacIntyre travelled home on a budget Jet2 airlines flight following the Ryder Cup on Monday.
MacIntyre, 27, took 2.5 points from a possible three at Marco Simone last week.
The Scot was not only the top European rookie points scorer during the 2023 Ryder Cup but also one of only three players to go unbeaten alongside Jon Rahm and Tyrrell Hatton.

According to the DP World Tour, MacIntyre paid for the flights and accommodation of his friends and family to travel over to Rome for his Ryder Cup debut.
MacIntyre earned a tie alongside Justin Rose in the opening Friday Fourballs against Wyndham Clark and Max Homa.
He then joined Rose again to take down Justin Thomas and Jordan Spieth in the Saturday Fourballs 3&2.
That was the only European victory of that particular session.
MacIntyre was then stuck out in the final match of the Sunday Singles.
While it did not look as though MacIntyre would be called upon given the five-point lead Europe took into the final day, that was far from the case as it panned out as Zach Johnson's United States team rallied in the middle of the card.
But MacIntyre kept his composure in the bottom match to see off US Open champion Clark 2&1 as the Europeans went on to run out 16.5-11.5 victors.
MacIntyre told BBC Scotland:
