PGA Tour: How much did each player win at the Genesis Invitational?
Joaquin Niemann won over $2 million at Riviera Country Club on the PGA Tour, completing a wire-to-wire win at the Genesis Invitational.
Joaquin Niemann played arguably the best golf of his career to secure a fantastic wire-to-wire victory at the Genesis Invitational.
Niemann set the 54-hole tournament record on Saturday which gave him a three-shot cushion heading into the final round at Riviera Country Club.
The Chilean bogeyed the 7th hole but bounced back with a birdie at the 8th hole. He administered a killer blow on the par-5 11th hole when he chipped in for an eagle.
He led by six shots at this stage and although two-time major champion Collin Morikawa got within two shots of him, Niemann's level-par 71 was enough to give him his second win on tour.
He was pictured with tournament host Tiger Woods at the trophy ceremony, who has ironically never won at the Genesis Invitational.
