Ryder Cup Friday Fourballs REVEALED! No place for Ian Poulter...
Tiger Woods joins Patrick Reed to face Francesco Molinari and Tommy Fleetwood; Rory McIlroy partners Thorbjorn Olesen.
Ian Poulter has been left out of the Friday morning Ryder Cup fourballs at Le Golf National, while Tiger Woods has been paired with Patrick Reed.
The referenced media source is missing and needs to be re-embedded.
Justin Rose and Jon Rahm will lead Europe in match one going up against Brooks Koepka and Tony Finau.
Rory McIlroy will join Thorbjorn Olesen in a mouth-watering clash against Dustin Johnson and Rickie Fowler in match two, with English duo Tyrrell Hatton and Paul Casey going against good friends Justin Thomas and Jordan Spieth in match three.
The biggest omission for Europe would appear to be Poulter given his proven Ryder Cup record, and to some extent Alex Noren, who won the Open de France on this course earlier in the summer. There is also no place for wildcards Sergio Garcia and Henrik Stenson.
