Hahn lands first win for PXG
James Hahn lands second career title at Wells Fargo
Parsons Xtreme Golf is celebrating its first PGA Tour win as James Hahn landed the Wells Fargo Championship.
Following eight straight missed cuts, Hahn, 34, bounced back for his second career win after ousting Roberto Castro at the first extra hole.
The Scottsdale-based company, launched by Bob Parsons in 2015, is played Hahn, Zach Johnson, Billy Horschel, Chris Kirk and Charles Howell.
Hahn made a dramatic switch at Quail Hollow by replacing the grind on his PXG 0311T irons. He replaced the aggressive grind on his irons with additional bounce, making them much more playable on the turf.
The South Korean-born American also opted for True Temper Project X LZ 6.5 shafts, as currently used by Adam Scott.
