Masters Masterclass: Mizuno's Sir Nick Faldo
Sir Nick Faldo talks Mizuno, the Legend of Turbo and the traits for success at Augusta
Sir Nick Faldo won all six of his major titles with four different sets of Mizuno irons, so it sort of makes sense to rejoin as brand ambassador on the eve of The Masters, a tournament he won three times.
Faldo, 58, who still has all of his major-winning sets of irons at home, spent some time on Mizuno's Tour truck with fellow staff player Chris Wood before the duo set off to Augusta National.
NEWS: FALDO BACK TO MIZUNO
England's greatest ever golfer is one of only three players to successfully defend a Masters title following back-to-back wins in 1989 and 1990, and he completed the hat-trick at Augusta with a memorable triumph in 1996 when overhauling a six-shot deficit to Greg Norman in the final round.
Faldo, who played in this week's Par 3 Contest but will not play in The Masters, also won the Open Championship on three occasions in 1987, 1990 and 1992.
