Titleist, manufacturer of the No.1 ball in golf  - the Pro V1 - has refined and re-named one of its best-known and enduring products by introducing the new DT SoLo ball, launching in March at a competitive price of £20 per dozen.
Supported by the slogan 'distance never felt so good', the DT Solo, claims to deliver soft feel, long distance and cut-proof durability' and Titleist hopes it will appeal particularly, to entry-level golfers as well as those loyal to the original PTS ball, first introduced 35 years ago.
Titleist retains the distinctive ‘red box’ and the company's George Sine says: “The new Titleist DT SoLo will provide golfers of varying abilities with soft compression and solid technology as well as short game control. “Based upon golfer feedback from PTS loyalists, we believe this ball  delivers a better playing experience for golfers and makes selection easier.”
