Benross launches Jewel Pearl clubs for women
Driver and irons revealed
Benross Golf has introduced a driver designed, it says, to specifically benefit the slower swings of women golfers while maximizing the impact of modern white cosmetics.
Its Jewel Pearl crown design helps launch a higher ball flight and deliver longer more accurate tee shots. Additionally a tune cartridge in the sole, says Benross, makes the club more forgiving and stable and delivers a better sound at impact.
Powered by an Aldila Jewel Pearl shaft, the club has its centre of gravity positioned low and deep in the 460cc head to make the most of women golfers' swing characteristics.
The Jewel Pearl is available in 12- and 14-degree lofts in right-handed only, priced at £129.
Benross is also launching its Jewel Pearl offset irons, also aimed at the burgeoning women's market with a chrome finish, deep cavity design and mid-sole to make them more forgiving at impact.
Available in right-hand only, the price of a six-club set is £329 (6-iron to sand wedge).
