11 bedrooms, 15 bathrooms, 26,000 square feet and on the beach - but does it have a games room?
Elin Nordegren, ex-wife of Tiger Woods, is selling her mansion in North Palm Beach, Florida, for a jaw-droppping $49.5m, according to The Wall Street Journal.
Located right next to the famous Seminole Golf Club, the pad has 11 bedrooms and 15 bathrooms and is roughly 26,000 square feet.
According to the article, it also has "several rooms with retractable walls of glass doors, a roof deck, a wine cellar, a theater, two kitchens and a subterranean gym with an observation window that looks directly into an outdoor swimming pool with a water slide...a cabana house with a bar, a billiards table and a summer kitchen. A separate guesthouse is configured as two apartments, each with its own living room and kitchenette. Amenities include a putting green, a fire pit and a sport court for basketball and pickleball."
When Woods and Nordegren split, she bought the a house on the site for $12m with part of her $100m settlement, before building the new house.
